My First Job In NZ

I got a job to rebuild C-9 Industrial engine, history of the engine is failure on the no 6 exhaust valve tappet/lifter. so we replace with short block. cyl head, turbo, oil pump, HEUI pump, water pump replaced with reman. all component must be free of paint during assemble.

After finish assemble, we set up on Dynometer to test the perfomance. don`t think to fill up the coolant first just to know is there any coolant leaki inside??? it is a joke. why don`t you think about that when you assemble??



after warming up, and reach high idle at 2420 rpm. test full load 300 Hp at 2200 rpm about 10 minute. then perform Torque check speed until engine speed droop to 1400 rpm. and that is awesome.
